FCDS Rescue Only Dogs

These are Rescue Only dogs located at the Franklin County Dog Shelter (FCDS).  The dogs are not available for general adoption because they have special medical and/or behavioral needs that the shelter is not able to appropriately treat. If you are an individual (not affiliated with a rescue group) but would like to help one of these dogs, please contact an approved rescue group to volunteer your services.
